How a fountain repair works.
Most repairs start with a few photos. Send pictures of your fountain by text or Messenger, describe what it is doing, and Chris will usually give you a rough quote the same day. Common jobs include pumps that stopped running, cracked or leaking basins, tiers that shifted out of level, chipped edges, and old concrete that needs cleaning, resurfacing, or a fresh coat of paint and sealer.
Because every piece Chris sells is concrete he casts himself, he knows how these fountains go together and how to bring an aging one back. Even fountains bought elsewhere, including big box store and antique pieces, can usually be saved. Full pond and water feature restorations, like the one pictured above, are handled as small projects with the water, stone, and plumbing all sorted in one visit.
There is no charge to look at photos and tell you whether a repair is worth doing. If a piece is beyond saving, Chris will say so and can quote a handcrafted replacement instead.
